Attorneys File Hydroxycut Class Action
Attorneys filed a class-action lawsuit last week on behalf of consumers who took the recalled weight-loss product Hydroxycut. According to the lawsuit, the maker of the supplement violated state deceptive practices laws by distributing a product it knew to be unsafe.
