Family Files Lawsuit in Garage Door Death
A Chicago homeowner and two companies believed to have manufactured and installed a garage door were negligent in the death of a 6-year-old boy, according to a lawsuit filed on Wednesday. The child died Saturday of compressional asphyxia after his brother discovered him trapped underneath the garage door of a home owned by his uncle.
